Art Condition

Our pieces of art are one-of-a kind and original works primarily in vintage or antique condition. There may be some wear to the canvas, boards or frames due to the age of the art which is reflected in the price. Many of our pieces are fragile and unique, which we believe adds to their inherent value. We will include images of all imperfections and wear to the best of our ability. 

Our intent is to provide beautiful artwork, and we consider the included frames as a lovely bonus to the main feature. We do not customarily reframe the paintings as most of the frames are original to the art, and we want to allow the customer to have the choice to reframe in their own style or preference. If you wish to reframe a piece of art through Greenlocke House, please contact us, and we will do our best to work with you to choose a new frame.
